Spire For Growth. Intentionality. Mindset. Wealth.

Two consultants, one question

What happens after success starts working? Dancho Dimkov and Joe Kapp spent three years on that question. The answer became a book, a framework and this company.

It started over Armenian brandy

We met at an entrepreneurship workshop in Yerevan, Armenia, in November 2022. Joe was the speaker. Dancho was in the audience, halfway through writing A Journey to Financial Freedom and privately wrestling with imposter syndrome.

A conversation after the workshop turned into a three-year dialogue about behavior, wealth and what really keeps successful people stuck. That dialogue became Success Ceiling Breakthrough, and the method we now teach.

Why Spire For Growth

A spire is tall and narrow, and it rises from a wide foundation. We picked the name in October 2023 because it also holds two words we use every day: inspire and aspire. The logo carries the three things we work on: intentionality, mindset and wealth.

Our approach: behavioral wealth

Behavioral wealth sits at the intersection of psychology, decision-making and finance. It explains why two people with identical incomes can end up in vastly different places, and why financial success without self-awareness is fragile by default.

The strategies that help you reach success are rarely the ones that help you sustain it. Beyond a certain point, the challenge is no longer intellectual. It's behavioral. So we start with mindset and behavior, turn them into action, and look for traction before we talk about results.
