• Contact form: your name, email address, organisation (if you give it), what you are looking for, and your message.
• Community sign-up: your first name, email address, where you found us (if you tell us), and your consent to receive emails.

We record the date and time of each submission. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

• Contact form details are used only to reply to you and to arrange the call or work you asked about.
• Community sign-up details are used only to send the community emails you agreed to: invitations to sessions, news of events, and occasional notes on the principles from the book. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We never sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a secure database provided by our website hosting platform. Only Joe Kapp, Dancho Dimkov and the people who maintain this website for them can access it.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to follow up on your request. Community sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights and how to ask for deletion

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send your request through the contact form and choose "Something else". We will confirm by email once it is done.
